Создаём современное B2B-решение для трансграничных платежей на базе криптовалют и фиата. Задача — сделать быстрые, удобные и комплаентные платежи для бизнеса

📍Локация - удаленная

🔧Ключевые задачи:

- Полная ответственность за продукт кросс-бордер платежей от идеи до масштабирования
- Построение платежного продукта с нуля: формирование vision, приоритизация, roadmap
- Глубокая работа с регуляторными требованиями и лицензиями (выстраивание процессов под разные юрисдикции)
- Написание качественных PRD и BRD
- Прямая работа с небольшой технической командой (5–15 человек) без прослойки в виде Project Manager’ов и аналитиков
- Определение и контроль unit-экономики продукта
- Постоянное взаимодействие с бизнесом, compliance, legal и разработкой

✅️Требования:

- Опыт работы Product Manager’ом в B2B-крипто (платежи, крипто-он/офф рампы, treasury, crypto rails — будет большим преимуществом)
- Практический опыт запуска платежных продуктов с нуля
- Хорошее понимание лицензионных и регуляторных требований в сфере платежей и криптовалют (ЕС, Канада, Швейцария, ОАЭ и др.)
- Опыт прямой работы с небольшой технической командой (5–15 инженеров) — вы должны уметь «говорить» с разработчиками на одном языке
- Английский язык свободный

🌟Будет большим плюсом:

- Опыт прохождения лицензирования (EMI, VASP, MSB и т.д.)
- Понимание блокчейн-инфраструктуры (разные сети, bridges, liquidity providers)
- Опыт построения compliance-friendly решений

Product Owner (Crypto)

We are building a modern B2B cross-border payments solution powered by both crypto and fiat rails. Our goal is to make business payments fast, seamless, and fully compliant.

📍Location - Remote

🔧Key Responsibilities:

- Full ownership of the cross-border payments product from idea to масштабирование.
- Building the payment product from scratch: defining the vision, prioritization, and roadmap.
- Deep involvement with regulatory requirements and licensing across multiple jurisdictions.
- Writing high-quality PRDs and BRDs.
- Working directly with a lean technical team (5–15 people) without layers of Project Managers or Business Analysts.
- Defining and managing the product’s unit economics.
- Continuous collaboration with business, compliance, legal, and engineering teams.

✅️Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B crypto products (payments, crypto on/off ramps, treasury solutions, crypto rails — strong advantage).
- Hands-on experience launching payment products from scratch.
- Strong understanding of licensing and regulatory requirements in payments and crypto (EU, Canada, Switzerland, UAE, etc.).
- Experience working directly with a small engineering team (5–15 engineers) — ability to speak the same language with developers is essential.
- Fluent English.

🌟Nice to Have:

- Experience obtaining or supporting financial licenses (EMI, VASP, MSB, etc.).
- Understanding of blockchain infrastructure (different networks, bridges, liquidity providers).
- Experience building compliance-friendly solutions.

Business Development Manager — Institutional Crypto / OTC (Payments & Crypto Solutions)

We are a crypto-OTC liquidity provider, financial intermediary, and algorithmic trading firm. As a regulated VASP we operate across multiple jurisdictions, including Switzerland.

We're looking for a senior BD to open new institutional verticals beyond payments — the audience that trades more than stablecoins and carries higher margin. This is a "new markets" hire: we want access to client networks we don't have yet, not incremental sales in an already-covered segment.

🔧 What you'll do

- Open new institutional segments: OTC brokers, crypto funds, market makers, institutional traders, family offices, and large corporates
- Deliver warm introductions into previously uncovered categories
- Land first clients in new verticals and reduce dependence on payment-services revenue
- Raise average margin by reaching higher-value client networks

✅ What you bring

- Senior BD experience in institutional crypto — OTC desks, prime brokers, or infrastructure serving institutional crypto
- A proven track record of opening new segments from scratch, with personal relationships inside them
- A wide institutional network: funds, market makers, brokers, family offices, corporates
- Technical seller who understands the product deeply — markups, structuring, the details — not a generalist
- Strong LinkedIn presence and network
- Motivated by performance and upside, not just a large fixed salary
- Fluent English (the only working language required)

Finance Manager (Payments & Crypto Solutions)

Крипто-OTC-провайдер ликвидности, финансовый посредник работает в нескольких юрисдикциях, включая Швейцарию, и делает ставку на комплаенс, безопасность и современные блокчейн-технологии.

Бизнес растёт: появляются новые компании и направления, и нам нужен человек, который возьмёт финансовую операционку на себя и сделает её масштабируемой — без узких мест и ручного контроля.

🔧 Чем предстоит заниматься:

- Разобраться в текущих процессах и распределении ответственности, взять под контроль операционную рутину по нескольким юрлицам (инвойсы, платежи поставщикам, документация, данные для бухгалтерии) и выстроить её так, чтобы она не требовала ручного контроля
- Подготовить финансовые процессы для новых компаний до старта активной деятельности
- Стандартизировать процессы между всеми юрлицами
- Участвовать в подготовке отчётности и сверках
- Координировать работу с банками, платёжными провайдерами и внутренними командами
- Внедрять автоматизацию, чтобы масштабирование не создавало узких мест

- Не менее 5 лет в финансовой функции в крипте / финтехе (европейский и канадский рынок, только СНГ не достаточно)
- Опыт работы с несколькими юрлицами одновременно
- Понимание платежей (крипта и фиат) и международных расчётов
- Опыт с европейскими юрисдикциями; международное право — плюс
- Мышление на автоматизацию и оптимизацию процессов, а не ручные Excel-сверки
- Самостоятельность и внимание к деталям; ведёте задачи end-to-end
- Английский, русский — свободное владение

- Support the MICA license application – review, update, and validate AML-related documentation
- Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports
- Keep AML policies and procedures up to date

- Ongoing client monitoring

- Support Switzerland office with AML-related questions

✅ What you bring

- 5+ years of experience in an AML Officer / Senior AML role
- CySEC AML certificate
- Hands-on experience in the crypto and fintech industry
- Must-have: experience working in payment services (crypto and fiat)
- Experience setting up and improving AML processes
- Experience working with Swiss, EU, or Canadian jurisdictions is a strong plus
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented; able to own tasks end-to-end
