Important

• ONSITE Position in Dubai (4 days per week work from office)
• Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous commercial experience as a leader in a data-driven role
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building data pipelines in production and ability to work across structured, semi-structured and unstructured data
• 2+ years of experience in ML pipeline for streaming/batch workflow

Essential Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and robust code in Python
• Understanding and expertise of software engineering concepts and best practices
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and libraries
• Experience with analytics (descriptive, predictive, EDA), feature engineer, algorithms, anomaly detection, data quality assessment and python visualization libraries - e.g. matplotlib, seaborn or other
• Comfortable with notebook and source code development - Jupyter, Pycharm/VScode
• Hands-on experience of technologies like Python, Spark/Pyspark, Hadoop/MapReduce/HIVE, Pandas etc.
• Familiarity with query languages and database technologies, CI/CD, testing and validation of data and software
• Tech stack and activities that you would use and preform on a daily basis:

o Python
o Spark (PySpark)
o Jupyter
o SQL and No-SQL DBMS
o Git (as source code versioning and CI/CD)
o Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
o Imputation Techniques,
o Data Linking / Cleansing
o Feature Engineering
o Apache Airflow/ Genkins scheduling and automation

#### Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer with experience in developing cutting-edge ML and NLP solutions. You will be working on projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, and advanced automation tools. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative systems in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

#### Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and services leveraging LLMs, conversational AI, and related technologies.
- Integrate external APIs and services, ensuring robust and secure communication.
- Optimize and scale solutions for high performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Participate in architectural decision-making and design discussions.
- Implement best practices in testing, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve systems and processes.

#### Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience in commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of REST API design and integration (e.g., OpenAPI 3).
- Experience working with LLMs, NLP frameworks, and dialogue systems.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Aiohttp.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and ORM technologies (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
- Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
- Ability to write clear and maintainable test suites using Pytest.

#### Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of distributed computing systems and vector databases.
- Experience with tools like LangChain, Redis, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Airflow and Celery for task orchestration.
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, or other cloud services.
- Exposure to modern MLOps practices.
