We look for a passionate & business-oriented team member who will help Finery Markets design and run an efficient legal structure as well as manage legal and regulatory risks.

Responsibilities:
▪️Communicating with regulatory authorities, banks, and counterparties in the EU and USA
▪️Creating & supporting legal document base & policies for company needs
▪️Doing legal research to improve the existing setup as well as minimize risks
▪️Monitoring global trends in crypto assets regulation & taxation

Requirements:
▪️Experience in the financial industry (ideally, investment banking)
▪️Good knowledge of international corporate structuring
▪️Good knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and ability to respond to the requests of banks and competent authorities
▪️Overall understanding of taxation (incl. VAT) in the EU and globally
▪️Experience in companies setup (incl. banking account opening) in the EU, US, and other jurisdictions
