Сейчас ищем специалиста, который поможет обеспечить безопасность платформы и поддержку пользователей.

Что нужно делать:
Модерация продуктов (~50%)
• проверять продукты перед публикацией (описание, файлы, обложки)
• принимать решения: approve / reject / revision по регламенту
• обрабатывать жалобы и DMCA-запросы
• реагировать на risk-алерты (chargebacks, подозрительная активность)

Онбординг авторов (~20%)
• проверять новых продавцов (KYC, соцсети, профиль)
• помогать авторам пройти онбординг
• сопровождать первые публикации

Поддержка пользователей (~30%)
• отвечать авторам и покупателям в чате и по email
• помогать решать вопросы и проблемы
• формировать FAQ и шаблоны ответов

Для нас важно:
• 2+ года опыта в контент-модерации или support на marketplace / creator-platform
• опыт работы с тикет-системами (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk или аналог)
• опыт работы с CRM
• английский B2+ (письменно)
• русский — свободный

Ищем специалиста, который будет сопровождать разработчиков на всех этапах интеграции: от подключения и технической поддержки до модерации приложений и взаимодействия с нашей командой разработки.

Чем предстоит заниматься

1. Onboarding разработчиков

• Подключение новых проектов и сопровождение на всех этапах
• Консультации по использованию API и SDK
• Помощь с регистрацией, настройками и конфигами
• Проверка соответствия требованиям и политикам платформы
• Созвоны и поддержка при интеграции

2. Техническая поддержка

• Разбор вопросов по интеграции игр и веб-приложений (API, авторизация, платежи и др.)
• Работа с баг-репортами: воспроизведение, сбор логов, описание задач
• Сопровождение обновлений приложений и изменений в платформе
• Информирование партнёров о критических апдейтах

3. Модерация и контроль
качества

• Проверка новых приложений перед публикацией
• Ревизия действующих проектов (стабильность, производительность, монетизация)
• Блокировки и снятие приложений при нарушениях

4. Документация

• Улучшение инструкций, примеров и требований
• Создание гайдов по повторяющимся вопросам

5. Взаимодействие с командами

• Передача задач разработке и контроль статусов
• Сбор фидбека от внешних разработчиков
• Участие в обсуждении roadmap и feature-requests

Для нас важно

• 2+ года в IT (GameDev, WebDev или платформенные проекты — плюс)
• Понимание работы веб-приложений (HTTP, REST, cookies, авторизация, хостинг)
• Базовые знания игровых движков (Unity, Phaser, Godot, Cocos и др.)
• Навык чтения логов и написания технических описаний
