Dear friends, we are looking for highly skilled Machine Learning Experts to contribute to an AI training project involving model development, training and inference systems, numerical computing, performance optimization, and Python.
The work involves creating, solving, reviewing, and validating challenging machine-learning engineering tasks. A representative task may require implementing or modifying a model, constructing a reproducible training or inference workflow, optimizing memory or throughput, debugging numerical or system-level failures, and verifying that the resulting implementation satisfies objective correctness and performance requirements.
This is a very coding heavy role. Candidates but have experience using coding agents with python in their workflow.
Tasks:
• Develop and validate machine-learning models, training pipelines, inference systems, and supporting infrastructure.
• Implement model components, data pipelines, evaluation systems, and numerical methods.
• Build reproducible programmatic workflows using Python and command-line tools.

Equivalent tools may also be considered when the candidate demonstrates directly relevant depth.
Experience at a well-established technology company, AI laboratory, research organization, or other recognized engineering environment is strongly preferred. Exceptional open-source or academic experience may also qualify.
Requirements:
• A master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Strong professional or research experience in machine learning.
• Practical proficiency with Python and coding agents.
Process:

• Complete an AI interview of approximately 30 minutes.

Compensation Structure:
Compensation is output-based. Experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete each task may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow.

We typically fill roles within 48 hours and are looking for experts who are ready to begin immediately. If selected, you will be expected to start your first task within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.

Друзья, мы ищем Head of Sales, который построит продажи с нуля и будет отвечать за выручку по обоим продуктам.
Это самостоятельная роль. Готовой команды и отлаженных процессов пока нет — их предстоит выстроить. Подойдёт человек, который умеет и хочет продавать сам, а не только управлять процессом.
dMeet / dTelecom — компания, которая разрабатывает два продукта: dMeet (видеоконференции с AI Memory) и dTelecom Cloud (единый API для голоса, видео и Voice AI). Продукт и техническая команда уже сильные, сейчас строим коммерческое направление.
Задачи:
• Построить продажи с нуля по двум продуктам: dMeet и dTelecom Cloud.
• Определить ICP, ценообразование и GTM-стратегию совместно с фаундерами.
• Лично вести переговоры и закрывать сделки, используя свою сеть контактов.
• Передавать команде фидбек с рынка, который может повлиять на продукт и тарифы.
• Собрать и возглавить небольшую SDR-команду (1–2 человека на старте): каждый ведёт своё направление — dMeet или dTelecom Cloud.
• Регулярно синхронизироваться с CEO и вторым фаундером по стратегии и результатам.
• Представлять компанию перед клиентами на ключевом для нас рынке — MENA.
Требования:
• Опыт B2B SaaS продаж с построением процесса с нуля, желательно на позиции Head of Sales или Sales Lead.
• Хорошее знание рынка MENA и опыт продаж на нём.
• Собственная сеть контактов, которую можно использовать для быстрых продаж через личные знакомства и рекомендации.
• Свободный английский — письменный и разговорный.
• Ориентация на результат в выручке.
• Готовность работать самостоятельно.
Плюсом — опыт продажи продуктов в сфере видеосвязи, телекома или real-time communication API.
Рассматриваем не только кандидатов с опытом на позиции Head of Sales, но и сильных Sales Lead или старших Account Executive, готовых сделать следующий шаг в карьере.
