🔹 Managing and coordinating SAP installation and upgrade projects
🔹 Installing and configuring software for new and existing customers
🔹 Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
🔹 Providing technical support and maintenance
🔹 Working mainly with Windows and SQL environments
🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔️ Good understanding of computer systems and networks
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
✔️ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔️ Fluent English
➕ CCNA or MCSA certification would be a plus
