Hey everyone!
We’re seeking a Head of Growth to join an international product team developing digital platforms and products at the intersection of fintech, telecom, and content monetization.
This is a new role in a growing company.
You’ll work directly with the CMO and own growth across key markets — GCC, US, and Europe. Focus areas include performance marketing, funnels, CRM, analytics, and scaling strategy.
What’s already in place? A flagship profitable product and several startup tracks — from early-stage hypotheses to commercial launches.
You’ll be leading a strong team of 10+ people (performance, CRM/lifecycle, SEO), with room to grow further.
This is a role about impact, not process — fast decisions, zero bureaucracy, and full ownership.

💰 $7–9k gross

C++ Tech lead
**We are looking for a C++ Tech Lead for our client - an International software product company in the fintech domain (develop international trade platforms.).
The product - an international trading platform (250+ thousand users, 100+ countries).
Team: 4 C++ Developers (Senior level), in total 12 teammates.
🛠Stack: C++ (17/20), Qt.
**We are offering:
**✅4000 - 5500+ EUR per month before taxes;
✅The small and flat dev team;
✅Zero bureaucracy;
✅Cyprus or remote.
**Interview process:
**1st - HR screening (40 minutes);
2nd - technical interview (1-1,5 hours);
3rd - CTO + HR (1-1,5 hours);
Final (interview with the team).
**What kind of qualifications we are looking for:
**📝 You know C++ and have 5+ experience of working with it;
📝You have at least 6 months of management experience as a tech lead or team lead;
📝 You have experience in trading fintech with visual graphic or graphic engine development experience;
📝 Basic understanding of service scalability and fault tolerance, zero downtime deployment, and graceful shutdown;
📝Ready to work as manager and developer (50/50).
