General Manager (Hotels| Hospitality) 📍Dubai

Who we are:

MIRA Holiday Homes is a short term rental service in Dubai, managing 130 4th class properties close to popular tourist spots in the city center and beach areas, and it is currently seeking a Manager to join our team.  

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Facilitating deal closures prior to contract signing.
- Engaging with agents to discuss holiday home rentals.
- Building and maintaining an investor database.
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets within the designated territory and customer accounts.
- Effectively conveying the value proposition through presentations and proposals.
- Overseeing lead processing.
- Managing incoming requests.
- Utilizing CRM tools for efficient workflow.
- Identifying undervalued properties for potential investors.

Your qualifications and experience will include:

- Proficiency in both English and Russian.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager (required).
- Proficiency in both English and Russian.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

Working conditions:

- A probationary period of 2 months.
- Visa and health insurance provided.
- Competitive base salary with additional performance-based bonuses, starting at 8000 AED.

Бизнес-ассистент со знанием турецкого

Агентство недвижимости в Дубае (лидер рынка) https://miraestate.ae/ru активно расширяется и сейчас работает над открытие следующего офиса в Стамбуле. Для этих целей нужно связующее звено, которое будет осуществлять коммуникацию между участниками процесса и турецкими подрядчиками.

*Это проектная работа с гибким рабочим графиком (удаленно).
Вы будете подключаться к проектам по мере необходимости, обеспечивая эффективное взаимодействие между нашими офисами в Дубае и Стамбуле.

Из ключевого и критичного:
- Свободное владение турецким языком;

+Будет плюсом, если у вас есть опыт в сфере ассистентской работы или коммуникации с подрядчиками;
+ Знание русского и английского.
