Position: Founding Marketer
Level: Middle / Senior
Location: Remote


Requirements:
🔹 2+ years in UA / performance marketing for mobile apps
🔹 Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta Ads Manager
🔹 GA4, Firebase + Adjust, AppsFlyer or equivalent
🔹 Strong understanding of subscription SaaS metrics and unit economics
🔹 Independent budget decisions: what to scale, what to cut
🔹 Data-driven mindset, always

As a plus:
🔹 TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads
🔹 RevenueCat or Adapty
🔹 ASO knowledge and its impact on paid traffic
🔹 Experience in startups or portfolio companies
