👨‍💻 What We Expect from You:

5+ years of backend development experience (Python, including AsyncIO and FastAPI).
2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React or Vue.js).
Experience with MongoDB, Redis/RabbitMQ, and an understanding of ETL processes.
Proficiency with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Skills in API integration and working with No Code tools (e.g., Bubble.io).
A proactive approach to building MVPs and working in a startup environment.
English proficiency at B2 or higher (fluent communication is required).

✨ Nice to Have:

Experience with distributed systems.
Background in logistics, fintech, or big data.
Knowledge of Java or Golang.

📈 Обязанности:
- Анализ данных для решения сложных бизнес-задач, как ценообразование, алгоритм поиска водителя и так далее
- Построение моделей предсказаний и классификаций
- Обработка, очистка и подготовка данных из различных источников
- Оптимизация моделей и их повышение точности
- Визуализация данных для отчетности и принятия решений
- Проведение A/B тестов и других методов экспериментов
- Работа с большими данными и реализация алгоритмов для их обработки

📌 Требования/requirements:
- Опыт работы в области Data Science от 2-3 лет
- Владение Python/R и библиотеками для анализа данных (pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn)
- Опыт работы с базами данных SQL и NoSQL
- Навыки работы с Big Data (Hadoop, Spark)
- Опыт в разработке моделей ML и знание нейронных сетей (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Знание методов A/B тестирования и работы с экспериментальными данными
- Опыт командной работы в Agile/Scrum
