Роль: Rust Developer
Зарплата: ~$50k (может быть больше при сильном бэкграунде)
Формат: full-time, полная удаленка, любое нероссийское ИП, вся коммуникация на английском

Required Skills:
- Rust Expertise: Strong experience in Rust programming with a focus on systems programming and performance-critical applications.
- Engine Development: Experience in building or maintaining software engines or similar large-scale systems, with a focus on performance and optimization.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, with a focus on solving complex technical problems in a methodical and reliable manner.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience with at least 1 Rust development/project, with a focus on high-performance systems and engines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Web3 & EVM Knowledge: Familiarity with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible blockchains and smart contract platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing large-scale systems or engines for performance and scalability.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment workflows, specifically in the context of blockchain-based platforms.

Position: Python or Rust Developer, preferably in security or fintech.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (open to relocation).
Languages: Russian (Native), English (B2-C1), French (A2).
Experience: about 5 years totally:
- currently a Rust open-source contributor;
- at last job: BE Engineer (Python, Django, microservices) primarily in charge of authentication and authorization mechanisms;
- used to work with ML, algorithm development and optimization (C++, TypeScript and some Rust).
