5+ years) building production, real-time computer vision systems end-to-end: problem framing, data strategy, training, GPU inference optimization, deployment, and production monitoring. Performance-first mindset (NVIDIA Nsight Systems/Compute), reliability-first operations (metrics, monitoring, reproducibility).
