We're seeking a performance-driven Marketing Producer / UA Producer (Video Networks & Incent) to become part of our team!

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize UA strategies for Video Networks (Applovin, Unity, Mintegral) and Incent channels (rewarded, playtime, CPE)
- Analyze channels deeply, leveraging algorithms, audience behavior, and optimization techniques
- Test hypotheses through A/B testing, evaluate results, and ensure data-driven decisions
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize traffic acquisition based on KPIs
- Provide performance reports, analyze deviations, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Lead and mentor a UA team, fostering growth and collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition goals with company objectives
- Build automated reporting systems (Tableau, Power BI) for performance tracking
- Maintain and grow relationships with key partners for new opportunities

📚Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- 3+ years in mobile gaming performance marketing (Video Networks: Applovin, Unity, Mintegral; Incent: rewarded, playtime, CPE)
- Deep knowledge of monetization, retention, ARPU, and player behavior
- Expertise in marketing/product KPIs and campaign optimization
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Understanding of auction mechanics in Video and Incent platforms
- Proven team management and mentoring skills
- Skills in hypothesis testing and statistical analysis
- B2+ English proficiency
- Basic Python/R and SQL skills (nice to have)
