Mobile / In-App Account Manager** (Mobile performance agency)
This role requires a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the in-app performance ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing both supply and demand partnerships, driving profitability, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new brands (advertisers) and traffic sources (publishers / networks)
- Manage the full commercial cycle: supply, demand, negotiations, and reporting
- Build and expand partnerships within the mobile / in-app ecosystem
- Drive profitability and meet defined revenue and profit KPIs
- Independently manage accounts end-to-end
- Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and support future media buying activities
KPI Focus
- Onboarding new brands and traffic sources
- Generating profit
- Sustainable commercial growth of the direction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile / in-app traffic (not web)
- Strong 360° understanding of the in-app performance ecosystem (CPI / CPA / ROAS models)
- Experience working with both supply and demand sides
- Solid understanding of unit economics and margin management
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results
- Highly motivated, proactive, and extremely results-driven
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Affise; AppsFlyer; Adjust; Advanced Excel

Fast-growing online trading & investment platform is looking for a Head of Sales to fully own Lead → FTD conversion and scale a high-velocity B2C sales engine.
What you’ll do:
-Own end-to-end Lead → FTD conversion across paid media, affiliates, IBs, and in-app flows
-Be accountable for FTD volume, conversion rates, CAC efficiency, and sales productivity
-Build and optimize the first-line sales funnel and CRM pipelines
-Manage internal and outsourced call centers (quality, SLAs, capacity, KPIs)
-Work hands-on with call center tech stack (telephony, autodialers, AI QC tools)
-Partner closely with Marketing, Payments, and Retention teams

What we’re looking for:
