**Вакансия: Business Development Manager (Sales)
Job Description:
**The company is a financial and investment group established in 2016.
Their clients are active in a broad range of areas – finance, power generation industry, metallurgy, telecommunications and IT,
and venture investments.
Now seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.
You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling a range of corporate, financial and payment products and services to
potential clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a good
understanding of the industry.
**Responsibilities:
**- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
- Create and implement sales strategies that promote the growth and expansion of our ASP (WWC) and PI (WWPI)
products and services.
- Proactively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals and attending
industry events.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and objectives and recommend suitable
financial products and services to meet their needs.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our financial products and services to potential clients, addressing any
questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products
and services in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as directors of business units and marketing, to provide feedback and insights
from clients, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
- Research, initiate, and execute plans to develop partnerships with agents and potential partners.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
- Regularly attend industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and stay updates on market trends.
**Requirements:
**- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working to targets and KPI’s is essential – as a Business Development Manager, your results will
be measured against agreed objectives and targets.
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience of working in a business development / sales role, experience within regulated
environment is a strong added value.
- General knowledge of AML requirements for onboarding clients.
- A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ideal candidate will have established network of professionals within the industry.
- Strong presentation skills.
