For 1 year I've been working as a team lead and my responsibilities are:
- Managing, training, motivation, and conflict resolution of a team of 6 people
- Analyzing, scheduling tasks within the team
- Improvement of internal business processes to raise the quality of service and user loyalty
- Writing clear and concise manuals, briefs, and reports, reacting to workflow standards deviations
Before the team lead position, I worked for 3 years as a support engineer with tickets from employees of our company. My main responsibility was to plan, delegate, and control timely service providing, tasks assignments, tracking, managing, and resolving incoming requests.
Also, I created a description of all processes according to ITIL standards and procedures improvement.
