Monetization Game Designer

Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

Currently, we are looking for a Monetization Game Designer at the Senior level and above for one of the studio's leading projects, the story-oriented mobile fighting game - Shadow Fight 4: Arena.

What will you do?

- Development of monetization features and their support at all stages of development.
- Participation in the development of features for other project teams.
- Elaboration of mathematical models for balancing and monetizing the project's needs.
- Balance calculation and economic analysis of the project's monetization part.
- Configuration and improvement of the project's advertising monetization.

What are we looking for?

- 3+ years of experience in the position of monetization game designer on mobile projects.
- Understanding of meta, balance, and analytics principles.
- Understanding of industry trends.
- Experience with advertising monetization in projects.
- Fluent communication in Russian is required.
- Willingness to relocate.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

- Experience with midcore projects.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (JS \ Python).
- Proficiency in data analysis methodologies using various tools.
