🔺Head of Seo🔺(IGambling)
Remote (We have an office in Cyprus)
We expect from the candidate:
✔ From 3 years of continuous SEO management of a team of 5 or more specialists with break-even.;
✔Practical knowledge of building an SEO strategy based on numbers. Creation and monitoring of KPIs for SEO specialists of all levels;
✔Own practical experience of attracting SEO traffic in highly competitive niches.;
✔Practical experience in iGaming SEO (as Head of SEO/SEO Lead/Senior SEO specialist or SEO Manager) will be a big plus;
✔ Practical experience of launching large projects "from scratch" will be a plus.
✔English at level B2+

Remote (маємо офіс на Кіпрі)
Ми чекаємо від кандидата:
✔ Від 3 років безперервного керівництва SEO командою із 5 або більше фахівців з досягнутою беззбитковістю.;
✔Практичні знання про побудову SEO стратегії, що базується на цифрах. Cтворення та моніторинг KPI для SEO фахівців усіх рівнів;
✔Власний практичний досвід залучення SEO трафіку у висококонкурентних нішах.;
✔Практичний досвід у iGaming SEO (як Head of SEO/SEO Lead/Senior SEO specialist або SEO Manager) буде великим плюсом;
✔ Практичний досвід запуску великих проектів «з нуля» буде плюсом.
✔Англійська на рівні В2 і вище.
Чим ти будеш займатися:
Обов’язки/Завдання:
✔Пряма відповідальність за зростання (квартальне та щорічне) тематичного, якісного, конвертованого SEO трафіку. Пряма регулярна комунікація з C-level компанії, включаючи CEO;
✔Створення, узгодження, імплементація, моніторинг та актуалізація SEO стратегії (у рамках компанії, покомандно, попроектно, у розрізі кожного довіреного фахівця);
✔Створення, моніторинг та коригування KPI для Lead/Senior SEO фахівців у рамках обраної стратегії, консультації з подібних питань для Lead/Senior SEO фахівців у рамках довірених ним Jun/Middle SEO фахівців;
✔Створення системи SEO документації (процеси/процедури/підходи, на рівні логіки та контролю, за необхідності — самостійного опису ключових точок)..
✔Комунікація з керівниками найближчих суміжних підрозділів для покращення процесів та результатів, вирішення спірних ситуацій (Content, Affiliate, Dev, Design, Linkbuilding).
