Responsibilities:β’ Schedule meetings and manage calendars to ensure smooth daily operations.
β’ Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages promptly and accurately.
β’ Take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings, ensuring key points and action items are documented.
β’ Assist with daily time management and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency.
β’ Run errands as requested, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
β’ Plan travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
β’ Coordinate events and speaking engagements, ensuring all details are handled seamlessly.
β’ Draft correspondence, including emails and letters, with attention to detail and professionalism.

Requirements:β’ Knowledge of the Russian language
β’ Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
β’ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
β’ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
β’ Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
β’ A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
βπΌ Preferred Qualifications:β’ Experience in event planning and coordination.
β’ Familiarity with travel booking and itinerary planning.
β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
