✅ Requirements/Qualifications:

Ability to work in multitasking environment
Good verbal and written communication English skills
Basic knowledge of operating the computer/phone/tablet
Experience in the maintenance the slot machines (repair and installation)
Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failure

✅ Responsibilities:

Operate with the chat-bots on the phone/tablet/laptop
Adding the prizes to the claw machines
Report to managers about issues with the machine or support bots
