Head of economic security and anti-fraud are invited for cooperation

Vigrom has been successfully growing its iGaming business for 12 years.
Our team consists of 100 people developing software and products for the international market, constantly expanding its presence in Europe and Latin America.

Tasks:

Development and implementation of economic security and anti-fraud policies/regulations, automating processes
Development and implementation of preventive measures to protect economic interests
Development and monitoring of potential fraud indicators (input/withdrawal, winnings, other data analytics)
Detection and monitoring of suspicious transactions by players and employees
Investigating new fraud cases and schemes, identifying the reasons for their occurrence, development of rules/procedures to prevent them
Together with the legal department, initiating and executing legal and other actions against employees or clients with detected or confirmed incidents of fraud
Studying market experience in anti-fraud, searching for new fraud schemes and preventing them in the company

Requirements:

Higher education (legal education is mandatory)
Experience: Deputy Director of Security, Economic Security specialist in a company with at least 100 employees.
Ability to work with financial and business data, analytics
Ability to analyse, draw conclusions and make deliberate decisions.
Ability to work with multitasking issues and directions.
Experience in organization of information security in a company is an advantage.

We create iGaming products that are used daily by thousands of people. Now we are over 100 people and constantly growing, recently we opened an office in the United Arab Emirates.

We are currently looking for a System Architect to join our core product development team in the UAE. It is a high-load solution with many services and integrations.

Our current stack: PHP 7.4, PostgreSQL 12, memcache, AWS, Gitlab CI/CD.

Tasks in the role:

Design the architecture of the platform components, tools for users, and integration systems
Design the infrastructure deployment processes
Design data warehouses
Estimate the complexity and risks of the system modules implementation
Participate in the design of software solutions, prototypes, and experimental models
Compose the technical documentation

Requirements:
Good knowledge and experience in information systems design
Knowledge of database theory: designing relational models, scaling (sharding, partitioning, replication), implementing NoSQL databases (Tarantool, Memcache, ElasticSearch, Clickhouse)
Knowledge of system architecture, strengths and weaknesses of virtualization, cloud solutions (ideally based on AWS services)
Understanding the principles of SOLID, GRASP, PSR
Experience in designing queuing systems based on RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc
Experience in developing tech documentation
Software developer's background
