🥷Who we are looking for:

We are currently seeking talented and experienced backend engineer to join our strong tech team. This will be one of the core backend roles in the company, so the responsibility is high. But it's also a lot of fun!

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following superpowers:

- 5+ years of backend experience
- Deep understanding of modern Java and JVM technologies
- Proficiency working with different cloud infrastructure
- Understanding of code quality principles & testing techniques
- Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design principles, practices, and patterns
- Practical experience with scalable distributed systems is a plus
- Knowledge of different architectural patterns
- Startup experience / Ability to work well as a part of the team in a fast-paced environment
- Blockchain (DeFi) and related tech stack experience is highly preferable, but not necessary

**We are currently seeking talented and experienced frontend engineer to join our strong tech team. Behind every great product, there are great engineers, and we don't want you hidden away. In addition this will be the very first frontend role in the company, so the responsibility is high. You will be in charge of ensuring that every feature runs smoothly, and with a lot of features to develop, it's a fast-paced, multi-faceted, and challenging role. But it's also a lot of fun!

We'd love to hear from you if you possess the following superpowers:

- 5+ years of experience working as frontend engineer
- Deep understanding of modern Javascript, Typescript & browser APIs
- Proficiency in ReactJS and it's ecosystem, Styled components
- Understanding of how software is developed, code quality principles & testing techniques
- Experience collaborating on software projects with design and backend aspects
- Quick learning skill with an ambitious and results driven personality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

🏗 **Scope / Responsibilities

**- Setting up the frontend infrastructure from scratch, defining key components and technologies
- Collaborating closely with designers to focus on new feature design and prototyping
- Being involved in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups through implementation and release
- Working closely with other engineers (such as backend) and business to define and implement solutions to interesting problems
- Helping define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency throughout the product
- Quickly prototyping new user interactions and iterating based on feedback from peers

- Prior professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferrably in Fintech / Web3
- Creative mind - we would really love delivering a product that stands out uniquely;

An early-stage FinTech/Crypto startup looking for a co-founder with CTO / development background (equity, full-time, remote/Portugal)

Two co-founders with financial engineering background (global markets & structured products; 10+ years experience each). Top technical universities (MIPT and Moscow State University MechMath) alumni. Fascinated about potential applications of blockchain technology, specifically in the area of global financial markets.

💡What the idea is:
We are building Ping (https://www.pingwallet.app/) - a friendly crypto wallet for daily banking in Emerging Markets. Our idea is to address poor UX, and user confusion with multiple blockchains, stablecoins, seed phrases, gas fees and so on. We will focus more on payments rather than crypto trading and DeFi narrative.

Technical co-founder (good chunk of equity) with experience in developer / CTO roles in blockchain projects. Enthusiastic about blockchain as we are. Ready to make an impact in brainstorming and development and feel ownership of the product.
