**Vacancy: Head of HR
Location: **Remote in Europe, with eventual relocation to Cyprus.
Our company is present on the market for 15 years and has offices in 10 regions: Spain, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.
We are glad to invite talented professionals who’s ready to solve complex and non-standard problems.

**Responsibilities:
**- Coordinate recruitment process with internal recruiters, as well as external recruiters and recruiting agencies to ensure quality and speed of hiring. Coordinate the recruiting and onboarding process with representatives of the managing company supporting the organization.
- Ensure full cycle of talent management processes (onboarding and legalization for employees and their families, trial period closure, performance review, one-on-ones, employee surveys, training and development, exit).
- Ensure timely contracts administration for employees, including contracts signing, termination, any changes during cooperation.
- Onboard new employees and introduce them to the company processes.
- Ensure full cycle of employee administration in HR system (salary and bonus calculation, vacation and sick-leaves registration, benefits, withdrawals, etc.).
- Manage company headcount and HR budget to ensure compliance with the agreed costs, numbers and deadlines.
- Contribute to the company HR strategy development in close cooperation with the CEO and drive its’ implementation.
- Ensure consistent, timely and clear internal communication process within the company.
- In close cooperation with the CEO develop Employer branding strategy and drive its’ implementation.
- Organize business trips for managers and employees, if required (ad-hoc).
- Support regular performance reviews and evaluations for all company employees
- Plan and organize key corporate events like company holiday parties
- Conduct market research to understand salary ranges and labor law for our key geographies of operation.
- Implement an HR management tool such as Bamboo or other equivalent
- Recruit, train, manage, and continuously develop a core team of HR specialists to support all activities.

**Requirements:
**- Experience in similar position within IT product company with distributed teams — 3+ years, with responsibility for managing a team of HR specialists directly.
- Experience in participation of HR strategy and employer branding development and implementation
- English — Upper-intermediate + is a must
- Professional experience in IT sphere executive level recruitment for 1+ years will be a strong advantage
- Located in Cyprus, Bulgaria or ready to relocate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Independency in solving problems and excellent management skills with the ability of multitasking
- Experience with administrative and data management procedures and practices
