We are currently looking for a Billing Manager to join our amazing team!
As more and more markets where we work emerge and the amount of tasks and communications grow, therefore we are looking for a dedicated billing manager to join our company for our project, that is responsible for accepting payments and interacting with payment systems.

WE WANT TO SEE:
● Significant experience in finance / FinTech / billing is required;
● Advanced / Upper-Intermediate English (confident speaking and writing - contractual work mainly in English);
● Ability to negotiate and build long-term cooperation, strong communication skills;
● Knowledge of payment systems workflow;
● Availability and use of accumulated experience and connections to obtain favourable conditions, unique offers for current and emerging markets will be a huge advantage.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
● Search and connect to new payment systems;
● Create mutually involved partnerships with payment systems;
● Perform primary analysis of incoming conditions from operators and payment systems;
● Perform profitability analysis of payment systems used in certain jurisdictions;
● Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation (questionnaires, cards, etc.);
● Support development team on integration issues;
● Maintain communication with already integrated payment systems;
● Improve terms of cooperation with contractors.

We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel, to join our amazing team!
For this role, you’ll be working closely with the rest of the organisation and providing legal advice and support - Remote working is considered an option.

Main Responsibilities:

• providing legal support for the company’s financial transactions and the company’s clients, including the preparation of necessary documents, contracts, additional agreements, legal opinions on commercial risks, legal support in the AML / CFT procedure (including Russian, English, bilingual);
• preparation and introduction of amendments to corporate documents: powers of attorney, protocols, resolutions of directors and shareholders, and other corporate documents (Russian-language, English-language with the participation of foreign consultants);
• legal analysis and/or preparation of contracts, additional agreements and other documents related to the connection of new financial instruments (payment gateways, opening of new bank accounts, including in foreign jurisdictions);
• development of standard forms of documents,
• execution of other assignments of a legal nature for the smooth operation of the legal department.

Requirements:

- Qualified lawyer (law degree)
- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience either in banks, payment institutions or IT companies, consulting
- Consulting experience is a big plus
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and flexibility
- Fluency in Russian, both written and spoke
- Upper-intermediate level of English/Russian
