Senior Event Producer

# What we're looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Event Producer to organize 2 hybrid Fintech Summits in Georgia and Cyprus (up to 1000 people).

As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing, planning, and executing all aspects of the event (online and offline), including budgeting, logistics, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the fintech industry and a stable career history in event management.

# Responsibilities
- Develop project budgets and be responsible for the financial performance of the project
- Produce a detailed timing plan for the event
- Research, source and manage suppliers and venues for both the online and offline events
- Manage and coordinate all event logistics: catering, audiovisual equipment, staff, booths installation, etc.
- Coordinate and oversee the invitation and registration process, and attendee communications
- Coordinate the work of the team: sales, PR, marketing, contractors.
- Work with foreign speakers: manage flights, accommodation, and prepare for a speech
- Organize and manage the ticket sales process
- Organize and manage webinars, online events, and panel discussions for the Summit
- Promote the event: PR, SMM, digital strategy planning, website content updating, etc.
- Provide timely status updates and reporting to senior management
- Provide in-depth all-inclusive post-event analysis

# Qualifications
- 4+ Experience of managing and running large hybrid conferences and summits - ideally commercial events with international experience in the fintech field
- Experience of budgeting for events
- Sales and marketing skills to promote the event and attract sponsorship
- Experience in sourcing suppliers and bid processes
- Deep understanding of the European and Ukrainian fintech ecosystem
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget
- Flexible and focussed on solutions
- The preferred candidate is a specialist from Ukraine who is based in Cyprus.
- The candidate must not be affiliated with Russia or Belarus.
