Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving growth through creative and data-driven approaches. This role will be pivotal in setting up and managing social media accounts, ad campaigns, and various acquisition channels to fuel our growth.
Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Set up and manage social media accounts across multiple platforms. Create and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Ad Campaigns: Develop and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• B2B and B2C Promotion: Create and implement strategies for both B2B and B2C promotion to expand our reach and customer base.
• SEO and Analytics: Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools to measure and optimize campaigns.
• Acquisition Avenues: Develop and implement innovative acquisition strategies, including setting up funneling websites or acquisition websites. Support and manage YouTube channels and other sources of customer acquisition.
• Tools and Software: Leverage tools such as Hootsuite for social media management and other relevant software to streamline marketing efforts.
• Algorithm Insights: Stay updated on social media algorithms and implement best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
• Ad Marketing: Have a solid understanding of both black hat and white hat ad marketing techniques to create effective and compliant campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Specialist or similar role in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and practices.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools like Hootsuite.
- Experience with ad campaign management across various platforms.
- Ability to set up and optimize funneling and acquisition websites.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and how to leverage them for growth.
- Understanding of both black hat and white hat marketing techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing YouTube channels or other video platforms for marketing purposes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
