Join our fully remote team at Sweed as an HR Lead!

We are a cannabis retail solution that offers POS functionality, analytics, marketing, inventory management, and more.

As our HR Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall HR strategy, leading a team of 2-3 HR professionals, and serving as the HR business partner for the company. Our fully remote team comprises 60 people and is expected to grow at least twice in size shortly.

Requirements include 3+ years of relevant work experience in an IT company, proven experience leading HR teams and developing HR strategy, knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a high level of English.
