Playwright and pytest has been introduced cutting manual regression efforts from 90% to 40%, and a Pareto-layered evaluation
model has been developed assessing QA engineers across six measurable metrics without artificial scoring. Strong technical
expertise is combined with a physics background for data-driven risk analysis, mentoring juniors, and embedding quality from
the start.
