Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join S.F.T. Private Security Services Ltd. This is a fully remote role — the ideal candidate can be located anywhere in the world. You will be responsible for marketing our B2C security services to the diverse Cyprus audience, including Cypriots, Greeks, Europeans, Israelis, Russians/Russian speakers, Ukrainians, and other communities living in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities
🔹Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote B2C security services across Cyprus
🔹Create and manage digital marketing campaigns targeting multiple audience segments
🔹Produce engaging content tailored to the Cyprus market (social media, email, website, local directories)
🔹Manage social media presence and community engagement
🔹Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
🔹Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment

Requirements
🔸Proven experience marketing B2C services to the Cyprus target audience (Cypriots, Greeks, Europeans, Israelis, Russian speakers, Ukrainians, etc.)
🔸Strong understanding of the Cyprus market and its diverse cultural landscape
🔸Experience with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, analytics)
🔸Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🔸Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
🔸Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Russian, Greek, or other relevant languages is a strong plus
