Requirements
- Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the field of financial services or technological solutions.
- Deep knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and sales department management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with partners, colleagues, and senior management.
- Experience in organizing the work of the sales department.
- Ability to develop and implement sales growth strategies.
- Ability to analyze the market, competitors, and trends.
- Decision-making skills based on data.

Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of effective strategies to increase sales volume.
- Management and motivation of the team to achieve department goals.
- Supervision and development of key partnerships with merchants.
- Active negotiation and maintenance of positive relationships with key clients.
- Market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Preparation of regular reports on the sales department's performance and presentation to management.
- Development and implementation of strategic plans for the sales department's growth.
- Formulation and implementation of measures to improve department efficiency and productivity.
- Implementation and adherence to internal company procedures and policies.
