- Самостоятельность, но согласованность с лидом. Что это значит: если решение архитектурное или затрагивает большую часть кода/продукта - согласовывать с лидом. В остальных случаях достаточно будет рассказать/показать как сделал и почему именно так (я таким образом буду видеть принятые решения и учиться тому, как должно быть, на живом примере)
