💡Full-time; формат: офис, Лимассол.
Responsibilities:
Leading the entire process for new and existing projects, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Collaboration closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for all projects.
Coordination with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, government agencies, and vendors, to facilitate process effectively.
Monitoring project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Providing guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field
Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager, preferably in the incorporation or legal sector.
Understanding of corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Project management skills, including strategic planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and tracking project progress.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency Russian and English is a must

💡Full-time; формат: офис, Лимассол.
HR BP - партнёр для бизнеса, тимлидов и менеджеров.
Отвечает за тактические вопросы people-менеджмента, эффективность команд, сопровождение HR-цикла на уровне бизнеса и поддержку руководителей в ежедневной работе с людьми.
Это фронт HR для тимлидов и менеджеров.
Основные обязанности HR BP
1. Сопровождение менеджеров
Коучинг и поддержка руководителей по вопросам управления людьми.
Помощь в решении конфликтов, спорных ситуаций, снижении рисков.
Консультирование по performance, обратной связи, дисциплине, поведению.
Помощь в формировании структуры команд, адаптации ролей и процессов.
2. Реализация HR-цикла на уровне бизнеса
Поддержка performance review: методология, калибрации, качество процессов.
Участие в планировании развития, карьерных путей и talent review.
Ввод данных и рекомендаций в процессы пересмотра компенсаций.
Поддержка менеджеров в управлении целями и результативностью.
3. Тактическое сопровождение бизнеса
Быстрая реакция на операционные people-задачи.
Разбор сложных кейсов, влияющих на команду или результаты.
Поддержка менеджеров в подготовке к найму и взаимодействию с рекрутментом, может сам участвовать в рекрутменте, если это необходимо.
Участие в оргизменениях, запуске новых функций, росте команд.
4. Связующее звено с HR стримами
Формирует запросы бизнеса в адрес HR Ops, Recruitment, эскалирует проблемы в адрес HRD
Передаёт контекст, контролирует исполнение.

- Manage and support the full HR cycle: from onboarding to employee development and offboarding.
- Design, organize, and conduct employee training sessions and development programs.
- Corporate Culture & Communications: drive initiatives to strengthen company values, foster employee engagement, and support organizational culture through events and communications.
- Employee Relations: handle workplace issues, provide consultation to employees and managers on labor and employment matters, and ensure a positive working environment.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related position (for Middle) / 5+ years (for Senior).
- Strong expertise in HR processes, policies, and employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Experience in driving HR initiatives and implementing best practices.

- Act as a strategic partner to consulting practice leaders, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, career development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Work closely with partners and managers to design and implement people strategies that strengthen engagement, retention, and team performance.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and career progression.
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession management for consulting teams.
- Develop and deliver HR initiatives in learning & development, leadership programs, and talent management.
- Analyze HR and business metrics (turnover, utilization rates, billable hours, and employee engagement) to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and professional services standards.
- Facilitate change management processes in a dynamic, project-based consulting environment.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR BP, HR manager, or similar role, preferably in iGaming, consulting, professional services, or project-based organizations.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes: performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, organizational development.
- Proven track record of partnering with leadership and influencing stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with consultants, managers, and partners.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Russian: native.
Nice to have:
- Experience in international consulting firms or multi-country operations.
- Knowledge of HR systems (ATS, HRIS, HR analytics tools).
- Background in change management or organizational development projects.
