• Designed complex omnichannel communication scenarios in Bloomreach (smart routing, calculated attributes, Jinja2).
• Integrated predictive ML-models for Churn prevention and targeted retention.
• Managed the full A/B testing lifecycle with validated incremental uplift in user activations.
• In previous role (Logistics), scaled communication volume by 3x and doubled (2x YoY) revenue attributed to CRM channels.
