Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating marketing content, conducting market research, and supporting various marketing campaigns. The role includes monitoring marketing performance metrics and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
Marketing strategies and campaign management skills
Experience with social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram) and content creation
Market research and data analysis skills
Ability to measure and report on marketing performance metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field
Experience in the technology or security industry is a plus

Title: Team Lead – Software Development

Key Responsibilities and requirements:
Leadership & Team Management
- Mentor, support, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth.
- Drive team planning and execution for features, improvements, and bug fixes, ensuring alignment with product goals and deadlines.
- Set clear expectations and ensure the team consistently meets technical and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with other engineering leaders, product managers, and QA to define technical roadmaps and release strategies.

**Technical Oversight & Code Quality
**-Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring consistency, performance, maintainability, and security across the codebase.
-Define and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and architectural guidelines.
-Proactively identify areas for refactoring, technical debt, and performance improvements.
-Oversee CI/CD practices and ensure reliable software deployments.

AI & Developer Productivity
-Stay up to date with emerging AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cody, Codeium, ChatGPT, etc.).
-Evaluate, test, and recommend productivity tools that can help the engineering team code smarter and ship faster.
-Champion the use of modern dev tooling and automation to reduce manual work and streamline development processes.

Qualifications
-5+ years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or technical mentorship role.
-Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or C++.
-Experience with code review processes, unit testing, and software lifecycle management.
-Familiarity with Git, CI/CD systems, and modern dev environments.
-Proven ability to guide a team through architectural decisions and long-term technical planning.
-Passion for developer experience, tooling, and shipping high-quality code.

Nice to Have:
-Experience working on IoT, embedded systems, or video processing applications.
-Prior use or evaluation of AI tools for development (e.g., AI pair programming, code summarization, test generation).
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies or Scrum.
