🔥Business Development Manager

International broker with nearly 20 years of market experience, operating in 40+ countries and providing regulated financial services.

🌎Location: Fully remote
💰Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonus up to 5% or agency model with commissions up to 10%
🚀Training and career growth up to Senior/Team Lead/Regional Director

Your role:
-attracting and onboarding high-performing partners in your region
driving user growth through new channels and strategies;
-presenting products, providing top-tier support and maximizing success;
-organizing local events, promos and PR activities.

Must-haves:
-solid background in Forex / online brokerages (experience with competitors is a must);
-existing network of potential partners or proven ability to build one(
-language skills: fluent English or Russian for internal comms + native fluency in the local language of your target region.
