💼 Key experience:

• Sales & Operations Manager — Footbik Spain
Helped launch the Valencia branch and acquire 153 new clients in the first month. Personally closed around 25% of contracts, managed 124 active client families, and contributed to monthly branch revenue of €16K–€20K. Trained and onboarded 4 employees and managed the sales pipeline through Odoo CRM.

• Operations & Facility Coordinator — Resimorter, Spain
Managed renovation and facility operations across multiple sites, coordinated teams and resources, monitored quality and deadlines, and supported worker training and placement.

• Digital Assets & Market Analyst
Hands-on experience with crypto markets, derivatives, market structure, technical analysis, risk management and Web3. Trading and market research using TradingView, Binance, Bybit and BingX. Successfully completed proprietary trading evaluations with FTMO and Take Profit Trader.

• Project Coordinator / Head of Youth Center
Managed teams of up to 20 volunteers, coordinated community projects and secured 5 international grants (€16K–€100K).

• Humanitarian Operations
Coordinated evacuation and relocation operations supporting 3,500+ people from Ukraine, working with international organizations, businesses, donors and host families.
