We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Producer Assistant to support our Producers and help bring world-class creative work to life.

Core Responsibilities:
- Location & Talent: Find and secure locations, handle casting, liaise with talent agencies/freelancers.
- Legal & Permissions: Coordinate with legal teams to secure location rights and ensure compliance.
- Vendor Coordination: Source and book equipment rentals, catering, transport, and other service providers.
- Logistics Management: Arrange crew travel, accommodation, and transport of gear.
- Research & References: Gather visual references, competitive examples, or technical info for creative/production needs.
- Project Management: Update Monday.com boards, assist designers and producers, maintain timelines.

Additional Responsibilities (when required):
- Project Autonomy: Take over smaller projects fully when the main production team is overloaded, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude and ownership mindset.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.

CG Lead (Mixed Reality)

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in mixed reality production, a sharp eye for look development, and the ability to lead both in 3D and on set. You'll collaborate closely with directors, producers, and technical teams to bring high-end visuals into real-time environments.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the 3D team on mixed reality projects
- Define and maintain high visual and technical standards
- Collaborate with Producers and Creative Directors to develop concepts and execution plans
- Oversee the CG pipeline and ensure workflow efficiency across departments
- Supervise all stages of production
- Review and give clear, actionable feedback to artists and freelancers

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in mixed reality
- 5+ years in CG production, including leadership roles
- A sharp eye for lookdev and photoreal quality
- Strong portfolio showing real-time CG or mixed reality content
- Proficiency in C4D, Redshift, Octane, etc.
- Solid understanding of production pipelines and optimization
- Awareness of visual trends and a sharp aesthetic eye
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Excellent communication skills, responsibility and ability to work independently

Who you are:
- You have experience in 3D production, ideally as a Cinema 4D or Blender artist familiar with pipelines for viral 3D videos
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with Art Directors and designers
- Your English is fluent, both written and spoken
- You understand 3D software workflows (Houdini, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Blender, Nuke, Octane, Redshift, Maya) and realistic production timelines
- You are confident estimating project costs during client calls
- You excel at client communication, team coordination, and problem solving

Your responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and promptly with clients throughout the project
- Coordinate task assignments and support designers and Art Directors
- Ensure pipeline compliance and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Assemble and lead project teams
- Oversee projects using Monday .com
