The opened vacancy implies becoming a part of Zion Development’s flagship product – a fintech platform that gives access to the multifunctional ecosystem for working with finances and crypto. We work with customers all over the world and our user base already surpassed the 100-million bar.

If you have:
🔺5+ years of relevant experience as a Web/Mobile Team Lead/Head;
🔺5+ years of technical background (preferably as a fullstack developer - React, Node.js);
🔺Deep technical background in computer science with previous hands-on experience in software engineering and infrastructure within a high-performing technology organization;
🔺Experience with diverse technology applications and associated architectures;
🔺Deep understanding of the blockchain/DeFi/crypto technologies landscape preferred;
🔺Experience in guiding development teams to effectively deliver and maintain complex solutions

Then we are looking forward to meeting you & discussing the following tasks:
🔺Manage development teams (2 teams - web development & mobile development);
🔺Collaborate with product management and other business leaders in order to align the roadmap & provide its timely execution;
🔺Project architecture of the new products & product features;
🔺Develop the teams, supervise the overall activities & allocate resources to effectively meet the business needs & growth plans.
