HR/Office admin (Temporary position)

Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to employees.**
· Ensure the smooth operation of the entire office and help arrange a comfortable workspace.
· Assist the HR team with daily tasks.
· Bring our office to life with exciting meetings, events, and social activities that connect our team.
· Work with food suppliers, organize Greek courses, choose providers for employee benefit packages
· Organize the procurement of stationery, household goods, gifts for employees, food, drinks, and snacks.
· Monitor the availability of office supplies and amenities throughout the day.
· Maintain a clean office environment by coordinating with cleaning companies and managing cleaning staff.
· Support travel bookings as needed.
· Be a key player in creating an inspiring, inclusive office space that promotes creativity and innovation.
· Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, positivity, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees.
Requirements:**
· Passion for the role, with an open mind and heart, ready to become a member of our professional family.**
· Excitement to learn and develop in HR.
· At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
· Understanding of the Cypriot environment, including useful contacts for work tasks.
· Proficiency in English (knowledge of Greek is an advantage).
· Desire and ability to help and support the team.
· Strong communication skills.
· Proactive attitude, positivity, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
· Residency in Cyprus or possession of a residence permit.
