Almost all my career experience was in making Customers happy and loyal. I worked in different industries, building and leading different types of Customer Support and Maintenance Teams. I did it in Internet Service Provider, Cloud Service Provider. My last project was to build 24/7 SRE Team for the fast growing US based logistics company. And I have an experience in supporting of applications too.
