Responsibilities:

• Developing the internal corporate brand.
• Creating events to support the company's HR brand.
• Designing non-material reward systems for employees and engagement programs.
• Organizing and coordinating corporate events, including team-building activities, holidays, and other events.
• Managing communication channels to improve internal communication within the company.
• Actively participating in congratulating employees on birthdays and other significant events.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR, especially in corporate culture development.
• Skills in scripting corporate events and organizing celebrations.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

• Language Proficiency:
