Product Manager for a FinTech leading player (we have been at the forefront of the online trading industry since the launch of our flagship trading application).

🌐 Location: Cyprus🇨🇾🇨🇾🇨🇾 office- The role is located in the city center of Limassol or Nicosia



🎯 Your Responsibilities:

Managing the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch.
Working with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop and implement product strategies, and conduct market research.
Identifying and tracking key performance metrics, ensuring that the product meets business goals and user needs.
Presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
Creating and managing the product backlog, ensuring it is updated, prioritized, and aligned with customer and business priorities.

👤 Qualifications:


4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Fintech companies, Forex, Gaming, Crypto is a MUST!
Strong understanding of product management principles, including market research, product strategy, and product life cycle management.
Ability to translate technical and business requirements into user-friendly, customer-focused solutions.
Demonstrated success in launching new products or enhancing existing products that meet business goals and user needs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience in software development, preferably in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with product management tools, such as JIRA or Trello.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proficiency in English Language is a must, and knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage.
