Job Title - Middle\Senior HR Generalist
On site, Full - time


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and process migration cases, including work permits and visas.
• Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and HR development programs.
• Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in an HR role in Cyprus.
• Basic understanding of Cypriot labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in document management and administrative support.
• Experience with preparing and managing migration cases is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Greek will be an asset.
