The product is ready for selling. It is basically low-code solutions for a variety of business processes with almost no programming skills required by users.

💥About the Product
The Product is a low-code business solution that can be implemented in various areas such as fintech, order management, HR, sales, etc. The company provides means to help companies customize applications for any task related to accounting, planning and monitoring. It is a set of tools that allows users to create business applications of any complexity without programming: set up an object model, configure user interfaces and business rules, automate business processes and integrate with external systems and services.

💥About Position
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality and understandable documentation with the goal to improve the success of our platform.

✅Responsibilities:
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Create and maintain the information architecture

✅Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
• Understanding of business practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Problem-solving aptitude
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Excellent written skills in English (C2/Native)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
