**• Write highly efficient code for a project with millions of users.
• Be a part of the product team responsible for core functionalities.
• Enhance code efficiency and scalability to accommodate a growing user base.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop and improve core features.
• Continuously optimize database and queue operations for seamless performance.
• Adhere to project timelines and promptly address any arising issues.
• Distinguish between tasks requiring quick solutions and those needing an ideal approach.

**Requirements:
**• Extensive experience with modern PHP, MySQL clusters, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
• Experience working with high-load systems.
• Optimization of database and queue performance.
• Ability to meet deadlines, proactively identify and resolve issues, and focus on delivering results.
• Understanding of which tasks can be addressed quickly and which require an ideal solution.
• Successful work metrics: Completing all planned tasks on time and with appropriate quality.

Plus:
• Experience with Yii2.
• Ability to read music notation.
• Experience with ClickHouse.

**Tech Stack:

Вы будете:
• Осуществлять контроль и подготовка всех необходимых документов сотрудников.
• Искать поставщиков, поставщиков для всех нужд HR.
• Оформлять отчетные документы.
• Подготовка и изменение при необходимости кадровых документов, т.е. трудовых договоров, дополнений, справок и т.д.
• Поддерживать связь со всеми соответствующими профессиональными органами, такими как социальное страхование, налоги, пенсионные фонды и т. д.
