MOJAM is looking for a VIP Account Manager who has run their own portfolio of high-value players and knows how to grow it, not just keep in touch

🎯 What you will own:
personal relationships with VIP players, built for the long run
retention, reactivation and lifetime value across your portfolio
proactive outreach: you spot the moment to reach out, you do not wait for a request
personalised offers and rewards inside your area of ownership
analysis of player activity and behaviour
close work with Support and Product teams


👀 What we are looking for:
2+ years managing your own portfolio of VIP players
1+ year with a high-value segment
hands-on experience with retention, reactivation and LTV
confident with CRM, engagement and support tools
Advanced or fluent English
independent decision making and a strong customer-first approach

Gaming experience is a big plus. If you are into CS2, definitely a match 🎮
