Hi!
We’re looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder of an international holding company operating across Europe, Asia & the Middle East.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who can stay one step ahead of a busy Founder and take care of things from international travel to financial administration.

What you’ll own:
• Founder’s calendar, priorities & daily coordination
• International travel, visas, hotels, transfers & complex itineraries
• Personal expenses, payments, cards & financial tracking
• Personal and family-related arrangements
• Communication with banks, hotels, airlines & service providers
• Follow-ups, urgent requests & anything that needs to get done

We’re looking for:
✔️ Strong EA / PA experience with a Founder, CEO or HNWI
✔️ Excellent organization, discretion & attention to detail
✔️ Confident with Excel, expenses & financial information
✔️ International travel & multi-time-zone experience
✔️ Proactive mindset - you solve, not just wait for instructions
✔️ Fluent English + Russian
✔️ Fintech / banking / investment background is a plus
