🔥Junior Service Desk Specialist🔥

International FinTech company with financial projects in various markets and market segments. Our main business streams include Online lending, KYC, LaaS (lending as a service software) products, and AdTech activities.

We are looking for a Junior Service Desk specialist to catch up on some tasks in technical support for our teammates and customers.

Tasks:
🔹 accept of Service Desk tickets (initial analysis, approval, etc.);
🔹 ticket distributing among responsible teammates;
🔹 creating\deleting users, accounts, permissions, accesses;
🔹 providing information support through the ticket system;
🔹 sending notifications.

Requirements:
🔹 knowledge of Ukrainian(!) and English languages;
🔹 knowledge of office software: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Docs;
🔹 analytical mindset;
🔹 attentiveness to the details;
🔹 advanced communication skills.
