Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Cyprus
Job type: Office, full-time
Salary: €2500 - 3000 (Net per month)
Enterisland, a dynamic business consulting company in Cyprus, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting and records keeping for group entities.
- Liaise with external auditors for the preparation of yearly statutory audits.
- Monthly review of intercompany transactions.
- Preparation of management accounts/TB/GL.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Preparation of VAT/VIES/Tax returns in accordance to Cyprus tax laws.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA certification.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant field.
- CFA/CPA/ADIT certification will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Cypriot accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS.
- Previous experience in similar position.
- Knowledge of 1C and E-soft can be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.

**Responsibilities:
**– Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and mission;
– Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
– Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, UX writers, and data analysts to ensure that the product delivers an exceptional user experience delighting customers and driving engagement;
– Test and validate product features and assumptions with customers;
– Improve the product based on the realities of the market, benchmarking of competitors, and the feedback of users;
– Design an effective product deployment process in collaboration with the development team;
– Create system specifications, guidelines, and manuals for the product;
– Perform user acceptance testing.
**Requirements:
**– 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in the fintech industry (Forex, Stocks, Trading);
– Skills in researching, analyzing, and synthesizing complex data and information;
– Ability to organize and manage teamwork in an atmosphere of collaborative creativity;
– Self-motivation and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment;
– Knowledge of the principles and basic methodologies of software development;
– A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage;
– Experience with web and mobile products;
– Upper-Intermediate in English.

- Разрабатывать спецпроекты, способные увеличить виральные охваты сообществ.
- Совместно с таргетологом планировать рост SMM-метрик сообществ.
**Мы ожидаем, что ты:
**- Имеешь опыт работы с социальными сетями: Facebook, Instagram - обязательно, Twitter, Telegram, Snapchat, TikTok будет преимуществом.
- Наличие в портфолио midle+ брендов/бюджетов а так же аккаунтов с аудиторией от 50к.
- Опыт разработки smm-стратегий.
- Умение отслеживать эффективность SMM, уверенный уровень владения аналитикой в SMM.
- Опыт комплексного управления SMM-проектами и командой специалистов.
- Английский - В2 или выше.

**- Работать над моделью Market Mixture Models: строить модели на имеющихся данных, структурировать и валидировать источники данных;
- Работать с data analytics, data engineers с целью разработки устойчивого пайплайна для MMM модели;
- Создавать ML модели для скоринга пользователей (user acquisition), churn prediction, LTV;
- Разрабатывать ML модели, backtesting;
- Создавать методологии и инструменты мониторинга качества и обновления моделей.
**Мы ожидаем, что ты:
**- Имеешь 2+ года работы в ML проектах;
- Уверенно владеешь Python и работал с ML библиотеками (sklearn, pandas, numpy, catboost, lightgbm, etc.);
- Применял ML алгоритмы к табличными данным: понимаешь принципы работы основных ML методов, feature engineering, validation strategy;
- Имеешь опыт работы с базами данных: мы активно пользуемся Vertica, Hadoop, MySQL;
- Самостоятельный в формулировании гипотез, дизайне ML решения от постановки задачи до способов валидации.
