Hello!
We're Customertimes, an international IT consulting company and we specialize in Digital Transformation. Our main domain of expertise is Salesforce and we have lots of other Practices (SAP, Mulesoft, BI, etc.), we also have our own Product Development.
We're currently looking for a Project Manager (Middle), the project is in Healthcare domain. Please note that previous experience with Salesforce projects is a must have for this position.

About the role:
>Job Responsibilities:
• Assuring the quality and timeliness of product delivery
• Building, motivating, and managing a delivery team
• Preparing budgets and estimates for product delivery
• Proper allocation of resources
• Providing concise reporting of product development progress
• Managing customer inquiries and issues rapidly and efficiency;
• Ensure reaching of KPIs in recognized team workload, margin level and client satisfaction;

>Required Skills:
• Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices
• Strong understanding of Scrum Methodology and Agile principles
• Experience in scheduling and roadmap management
• Substantial background in risk management
• Superior budget management skills
• Comprehensive understanding of project life cycle
• Experience in the Project Manager role for more than 3 years at a software development team
• Experience in Salesforce migrations/upgrades, experience with Health cloud migrations would be preferable

Responsibilities:
• Design architectures and solutions in CRM Analytics - Analyze, estimate and decompose business requirements
• Prepare data and integration requirements for adjacent systems
• Preparing datasets for reporting
• Design and implementation of dashboards
• Development testing and bug fixing

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in the development of CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics)
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Experience in design architectures and solutions in CRM Analytics
• Knowledge of Einstein Discovery and predictive modeling
• Data preparation to be able to understand source data and advise on ETL transformations to achieve desired data structures for CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics)
• Advanced CRM Analytics dashboard building skills and a deep understanding of JSON
• Significant UI design experience to advise on the best way to visualize data based on different use cases
• Ability to analyze, clarify, estimate and decompose business requirements
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in performing job duties
• English – upper intermediate Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

Nice to have:
• Experience in the development of Tableau or Power BI dashboards
